Oakland Athletics first baseman Seth Brown gave home plate umpire Nic Lentz an earful after a questionable strike three call to end Thursday's game against the Seattle Mariners.

The Athletics ended up losing the game despite a masterful performance from Frankie Montas. The right-hander came within four outs of a no-hitter, finishing the contest with eight strikeouts and just two hits allowed over eight shutout innings.
