Toronto Blue Jays left-hander Hyun Jin Ryu was removed from his start during Wednesday's 7-3 victory over the Chicago White Sox after experiencing left forearm tightness, the team announced.

He doesn’t want to speculate until the #BlueJays know more, but Ryu will go for tests again.
Ryu allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits during his four innings of work on Wednesday while striking out four and walking none. He also allowed a pair of homers and experienced a notable decline in velocity over the course of the outing.
This latest injury continues a difficult start to the season for Ryu, who joined the Blue Jays on a four-year, $80-million contract before the 2020 season. The 35-year-old missed nearly a month with forearm inflammation earlier in the season.
In six starts this year, Ryu owns a 5.33 ERA and 1.30 WHIP.
