Report: Brewers join mix for Bradley
Jackie Bradley Jr.'s list of suitors continues to grow, with the Milwaukee Brewers joining the mix for the free-agent center fielder, sources told FanSided's Robert Murray.
The Brewers already employ Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain, and Avisail Garcia, but acquiring Bradley would give them an impressive outfield rotation.
The 30-year-old had a solid season with the Boston Red Sox in 2020, hitting .283/.364/.450 with seven home runs and 22 RBIs. He also continued to play great defense, finishing ninth in defensive runs saved among MLB outfielders, according to FanGraphs.
Bradley has already reportedly drawn interest from multiple teams this offseason, including the Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Houston Astros, Philadelphia Phillies, and San Francisco Giants.
The Richmond, Virginia, native is seeking a significant contract in free agency, perhaps beyond four years, according to the New York Post's Mike Puma.
