The market for free-agent slugger Marcell Ozuna has begun to take shape in recent days, according to MLB Network's Jon Morosi.

Both American and National League teams are involved, even though there remains uncertainty about the universal designated hitter for 2021, a source told Morosi.

Although 39 of his 60 games played last season came as a DH, some clubs reportedly are comfortable with Ozuna as an everyday left fielder.

Ozuna had a career year for the Atlanta Braves in 2020 after signing a one-year deal. The 30-year-old hit .338/.431/.636 while leading the NL in home runs (18) and RBIs (56). He also finished sixth in NL MVP voting.

The Braves and the New York Mets have both been linked to the two-time All-Star so far this offseason.
