Getting free online advice on hitting, fielding, and throwing from a three-time American League MVP isn't something that comes around often. Alex Rodriguez is planning to do exactly that Monday.

The 14-time All-Star's session will be called "A-Rod Baseball Brunch," and it will take place on Instagram at 5 p.m. ET.

"Since we're in this crazy situation, I've decided to teach a little baseball," Rodriguez said in a video on Twitter. "I'm going to teach you a little bit about hitting, fielding, and throwing. I'm going to show you the tricks of the trade that I did when I was 12, 13, 14 years old to get ready to play Major League Baseball."

Rodriguez, 44, will be a part of a two-man booth with Matt Vasgersian for ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball when and if the 2020 season begins. The campaign is currently delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The former 22-year veteran hit 696 career home runs while playing for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees.
