Yankees secure home-field advantage in ALDS

The New York Yankees will have home-field advantage in the American League Division Series.

The Bronx Bombers will start the series at Yankee Stadium thanks to an 8-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday.

New York owns a 57-24 record at home, the third-best mark in MLB.

Game 1 of the ALDS is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4.
