The Los Angeles Angels' lineup is about to receive a huge boost.

Outfielder Justin Upton will be activated on Monday in Toronto, Angels manager Brad Ausmus told reporters on Sunday, including Maria Torres of the Los Angeles Times.

Upton hasn't played yet in 2019 while battling a severe case of turf toe.

The four-time All-Star had recently been rehabbing at High-A, hitting .333/.440/.667 with two homers and six RBIs over six games.

Upton should reclaim his spot in left field, joining Mike Trout and Kole Calhoun in the Angels' outfield.

The 31-year-old owns a .255/.346/.474 slash line with 37 homers and 100 RBIs in 172 games since joining the Angels as part of a trade in August 2017.

Over his 12-year career, Upton has hit .268/.348/.478 with 286 home runs, 897 RBIs, and 324 doubles.
