Alex Bregman doesn't appear too impressed with Trevor Bauer's consistent trash talk.

The Cleveland Indians starter limited the Houston Astros to one run over eight innings while picking up a win on Thursday. Bauer then celebrated on Twitter, jabbing at Bregman and saying he "dominated" the third baseman.

Bregman went 0-for-3 with a walk against Bauer, but the All-Star didn't strike out or swing and miss at any of the 18 pitches he faced.

"If he calls that dominating, I'm very happy for him," Bregman said sarcastically. "We'll see him again. I'm proud of him. I'm just really proud of him and proud that he dominated."

When reporters asked if the pair are pals, Bregman responded: "No. We're not friends."

The feud between the two began last year and has been building since. At the start of last season, Bauer insisted that Astros pitchers were breaking MLB rules to increase their spin rate. In his response, Bregman addressed Bauer as "Tyler:"

The back and forth carried over into the winter when Bauer challenged Bregman to a one-on-one showdown, with the pitcher offering $1,000 for every home run Bregman could hit off him.

Bregman declined, resulting in Bauer calling him "soft."

Bregman is 2-for-13 with two doubles and five strikeouts during the regular season against the right-hander, but he did homer off Bauer during Game 2 of the ALDS last season.

The Astros visit the Indians on July 30 for the final regular-season series of the year between the two teams.
