The bright lights of the Fall Classic aren't fazing Andrew Benintendi.
The Boston Red Sox outfielder had a World Series debut to remember, entering the record books with a four-hit performance in Game 1 against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Asked about the feat following Boston's Game 1 victory, Benintendi selflessly noted: "I don't really care, honestly. I'm just glad we won," per Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe.
Benintendi got started quickly, putting the Red Sox on the board in the first inning with an RBI single off Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw.

He laced two more singles in the third and fifth innings, before spraying a ground-rule double down the left-field line in the seventh for hit No. 4.
At 24 years and 109 days old, Benintendi is now the third-youngest player to have a four-hit World Series debut, behind only Hall of Famers Frankie Frisch and Joe Medwick.
Benintendi's four-hit game is only the third in Red Sox World Series history, joining Jacoby Ellsbury (Game 3, 2007) and Wally Moses (Game 4, 1946), per MLB.com's Ian Browne.
Benintendi went 4-for-5 with an RBI and three runs scored in Boston's 8-4 Game 1 win over the Dodgers.
