Rodriguez has been one of San Francisco's best starters since joining the rotation at the beginning of June. The Giants are six games back of the Arizona Diamondbacks in a tight race for the top spot in the National League West.
The 26-year-old son of Hall of Famer Ivan Rodriguez owns a 6-1 record with a 2.25 ERA and 1.00 WHIP in 14 appearances - 12 starts.
