Who did it better: Laureano or Cespedes?

On Saturday, Oakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano supplied baseball with a play-of-the-year candidate when he made a running catch and then unleashed a 321-foot throw from the warning track in left-center field to first base for a double play against the Los Angeles Angels.

And this wasn't the first time an Athletics outfielder wowed us with a cannon arm.

Laureano's play was reminiscent of a memorable piece of baseball artistry, when former A's outfielder Yoenis Cespedes unleashed an improbable throw from deep left field to home plate in 2014, also against the Angels:

After Saturday's game, Athletics manager Bob Melvin called Laureano's play "about as good as it gets," but was it as good as Cespedes' throw?

You be the judge.
