Both the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies are in the midst of playoff races in their respective divisions, and it appears they might be looking for some veteran help.
Both clubs are showing interest in Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Curtis Granderson, a source told MLB Network's Jon Morosi.
