New Balance, PF Flyers create cleats for 25th anniversary of 'The Sandlot'

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of "The Sandlot," New Balance and PF Flyers have teamed up to produce a new baseball cleat.

The "Secret Weapon" silhouette, which is identical to that worn by Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez in the movie, will be accompanied by the release of a special edition tee and PF Flyers' "Sandlot Center Hi" sneakers, according to Ben Felderstein of Sneaker News.

The cleats and sneakers will both be available through the New Balance and PF Flyers websites and at select Dick's Sporting Goods locations beginning April 7.
