The Arizona Diamondbacks will be without All-Star third baseman Jake Lamb for the foreseeable future.
Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo announced Tuesday that Lamb has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a left AC joint sprain in his shoulder.
Lovullo said Lamb woke up Tuesday morning feeling stiffness in his shoulder, according to Kate Longworth of FOX Sports Arizona. An MRI confirmed the injury.
Lamb suffered the injury on a diving catch in the ninth inning Monday against the Dodgers. After stealing Cody Bellinger's pop-up in foul territory, Lamb was slow to get up, and seemed to be favoring his shoulder.

Lamb finished Monday's game, and even scored the tying run in the 15th inning.
The 27-year-old, an All-Star for the first time last season, is hitting .278/.350/.333 with no home runs and five RBIs through his first four games of 2018.
Right-handed reliever Matt Koch was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding roster move.
