Billy Hamilton's blistering pace not only kept the Cincinnati Reds alive, but it gave them the win, too.
With one out in the top of the ninth, Hamilton hit into what was originally called a double play, though upon video review, Hamilton was adjudged to have just beaten the throw, giving the Reds new life.

But those weren't Hamilton's only heroics in the final frame. In the very next at-bat, he would score all the way from first on Zack Cozart's two-RBI single to give the Reds a 4-3 lead - their first of the game - heading into the bottom of the ninth.
It turned out to be the difference, as the Reds, who had been deemed losers earlier, walked out with the 4-3 win.
