The Bringer of Rain lived up to his name Sunday.
On Canada Baseball Day, Toronto Blue Jays fans showed off their hockey spirit, filling the Rogers Centre field with hats after Josh Donaldson's third home run of the game against the Minnesota Twins.
It's the first three-home-run game at home for the Blue Jays since Edwin Encarnacion did it Aug. 29 last year, exactly one year ago tomorrow.
There must have been a lot of hats to clean up, considering that Sunday, the Blue Jays became the only American League team to average over 40,000 fans for every home game this season.
