Marte (back) will bat fifth and play left field Monday against the Giants.
Analysis:
Marte left Saturday's game early with back tightness and was a late scratch from Sunday's contest as well. The Pirates were likely just playing it safe over the weekend, but as they sit 1.5 games out in the wild-card race, Marte will jump right back into the lineup Monday to face newly acquired Giants lefty Matt Moore.
