Brewers' Junior Guerra: Tosses five scoreless frames in no-decision
Guerra held the Braves scoreless on four hits and four walks while striking out six over five innings Wednesday, but received no decision in an eventual 13-inning win.
Analysis:
This was the shortest of his five starts, as Guerra's control wasn't quite on and he was lifted after 84 pitches, but he's still on a wonderful three-start streak right now -- a 1.50 ERA and 21 strikeouts in 18 innings. The Brewers have also won all of his outings, which is quite something when you consider that they're just 15-26 in games Guerra hasn't started. He's an odd case as a 31-year-old rookie, but Guerra can clearly miss bats and has had success in the minors before. There's reason to look into him in a wide variety of fantasy formats.
