Raikkonen will drive the No. 91 Chevrolet for Trackhouse Racing at the NASCAR Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas, Bob Pockrass of Fox Sports reports.
Analysis:
Raikkonen also drove the No. 91 car at last year's Cup Series race at Watkins Glen where he was quite impressive in his first Cup start before getting involved in an accident. Trackhouse is planning to run this No. 91 open entry in a handful of races in 2023 and Raikkonen will get the first shot at that. Other drivers from different forms of motorsports are expected to get a shot behind the wheel of a Cup car later this season.
