Havertz out of Germany qualifiers with thigh strain
Kai Havertz was ruled out of Germany's upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers Monday due to a thigh strain he suffered on club duty.
The Bayer Leverkusen midfielder picked up the injury during Sunday's 2-0 win at VfL Wolfsburg, prompting his 42nd-minute substitution.

The 20-year-old last missed an international camp in October 2018 with a knee problem. In his absence, Die Mannschaft fell in back-to-back Nations League defeats to the Netherlands and France.
Germany takes on Belarus on Saturday before locking horns with Northern Ireland in its final Group C qualifier three days later.
