England duo Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell could miss Tuesday's Group D fixture against the Czech Republic after interacting with Scotland's Billy Gilmour, who tested positive for COVID-19.

The players are isolating following consultation between the Football Association and Public Health England. The entire England squad tested negative for COVID-19 on Sunday and Monday.

"The pair will be kept away from the rest of the England players and wider support team, pending further discussions with Public Health England," Monday's FA statement read.

Mount, Chilwell, and Gilmour are teammates at Chelsea. Mount and Gilmour both started in last Friday's 0-0 draw between England and Scotland, but Chilwell was an unused substitute.

The Scottish FA revealed on Monday that Gilmour had contracted COVID-19. He is self-isolating for 10 days, ruling him out of Scotland's crucial group clash with Croatia and a potential last-16 match.

England and Scotland's point tallies are at four and one, respectively, before Tuesday's Group D finale.
