Chelsea's Eden Hazard despondently walked down the tunnel as an apparent injury spelled the end of his outing at Crystal Palace on Sunday after just 16 minutes.

The Belgian appeared to sustain the problem after an attempt on goal nine minutes into the fixture, with the Guardian suggesting it's a thigh injury. He tried to continue playing, but was forced to leave the pitch seven minutes later as he was clearly struggling.
Hazard was forced to withdraw from December's 2-1 loss at Leicester City - Jose Mourinho's last game in charge - with what turned out to be an issue with his hip. That injury sidelined him for the following clash with Sunderland.
In his stead, former Barcelona man Pedro entered the fray in Sunday's match at Selhurst Park.
