Liverpool's Jordan Henderson leaves match vs. Bournemouth with apparent injury

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson was substituted early in the second half of Monday's match against Bournemouth, leaving the pitch with an apparent left ankle injury.

As noted above, the ex-Sunderland man was replaced by Can, who slotted into the same central midfield position previously occupied by the man who assumed the captain duties with the summer departure of Steven Gerrard.
