Watford maintain perfect start with comeback win over Tottenham
Two goals in the space of seven minutes from Troy Deeney and Craig Cathcart condemned Tottenham Hotspur to their first dropped points of the season and preserved Watford's surprise winning streak to begin the 2018-19 campaign.
The Hornets triumphed 2-1 at Vicarage Road on Sunday, marking the first time in their history they've started a top-flight term with four consecutive wins. They are now knotted on 12 points with Liverpool and Chelsea at the summit of English football.
Watford fell behind 53 minutes into the meeting via a scruffy own goal from Abdoulaye Doucoure, but fought back with a pair of goals in the final half hour. Watford last beat Tottenham in a league match in 1987 - just over a year prior to Deeney being born.

The influential Deeney was then among a host of players to make vital interventions at the other end of the pitch when Mauricio Pochettino's side sought a late equalizer.
