Aguero sets Premier League goalscoring record for non-Europeans
Sergio Aguero became the highest scoring non-European in Premier League history after bagging the opener in Manchester City's clash with Liverpool on Saturday.
The Argentinian latched onto a delicious through ball from Kevin De Bruyne, before expertly rounding Simon Mignolet to slot home his 124th in England's top tier after 25 minutes.

His conversion vaulted him over Dwight Yorke's count of 123. The former Trinidad and Tobago international represented Aston Villa, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City, and Sunderland between 1989 and 2009.
Aguero joined Manchester City from Atletico Madrid for around £38 million in 2011, and instantly helped the club win its first league title in 44 years. His goal on the 2011-12 season's final day, a last-minute lash past Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Paddy Kenny, has gone down in football folklore as it helped snatch the title away from archrival Manchester United.
He is now drawing closer to Manchester City's all-time scoring record held by Eric Brook, who represented the club between 1927 and 1940. Brook tallied 177 across all competitions, while Aguero's effort against Liverpool was his 171st.
