Argentine defender Federico Fazio has secured his second loan move in two years after Roma announced Wednesday the season-long switch for Tottenham's 29-year-old centre-back.
The loan move also provides an option to buy at season's end for a fee of €3.2 million, according to a statement on Roma's website.

"I am very happy to be in a great team like Roma," Fazio said after passing a medical in the Italian capital.
"I really want to start to train and to know my new teammates and the coach."
Fazio moved to Tottenham in 2014 after an eight-year term with Andalusians Sevilla, but failed to find consistent first-team minutes at White Hart Lane, prompting last season's five-month loan back to the three-time defending Europa League champs.
Fazio's second spell with Sevilla was anything but straightforward. He made only four appearances for Unai Emery's lot after picking up a red card on his debut against Celta Vigo in February.
