Kelechi Iheanacho bagged a brace as Leicester City confirmed their route to the FA Cup semifinals with a 3-1 win over Manchester United on Sunday.

The in-form striker opened and closed the scoring with two efforts that capitalized on lax defending from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side. Youri Tielemans notched the Foxes' other goal when he slotted home from 18 yards after surging through United's midfield.

Mason Greenwood scored the visitors' only goal.

Iheanacho was gifted the first goal of the match, latching on to a loose, careless backpass by Fred before rounding goalkeeper Dean Henderson. He put the result beyond doubt when Scott McTominay missed his header at a corner, allowing Iheanacho to nod home unmarked at the back post in the 78th minute.

The Nigerian marksman had struggled to make an impression at Leicester following his Ā£25-million transfer from Manchester City in August 2017, but he's caught fire of late, tallying seven goals in his last four appearances.

"I'm enjoying it - I just need to focus and keep going," Iheanacho told BBC Sport after the win. "It's not easy to get an opportunity, but I think I am taking mine. I just need to keep working hard every day, and the opportunities will keep coming."

Leicester will face Southampton in the competition's semifinals in mid-April. It will be Leicester's first appearance in the FA Cup's final four since the 1981-82 campaign.
