Mohamed Salah expressed his support for Liverpool teammate Loris Karius on Monday following the goalkeeper's wobbly display in the previous day's 3-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund.
Karius committed two fatal errors in May's Champions League final loss to Real Madrid and has since failed to show he's overcome those setbacks during the Reds' pre-season campaign. He's also been shoved down the pecking order by the recent arrival of Alisson from Roma.
The rough patch of games prompted Salah, who Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says has "fully recovered" from his shoulder injury, to get behind the German:

Christian Pulisic caught the shot-stopper flat-footed on a strike from outside the box. Then, Karius knocked down a ball that was quickly deposited into the net by teenage winger Jacob Bruun Larsen in the dying moments.
A mistake from Karius gifted Tranmere Rovers a goal earlier in Liverpool's preparations for 2018-19.
The 25-year-old Karius is currently competing with Simon Mignolet as the second-choice 'keeper on the Merseyside club, although the latter has been surprisingly linked to Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
