The Spurs striker was forced off during the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinal with Manchester City but will now replace Lucas Moura in the lineup for Saturday's final against Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp's Reds, meanwhile, will not feature James Milner in the starting XI. The German manager elected for a midfield trio of Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, and Georginio Wijnaldum.
