The record-breaking 21st assist came only 41 seconds into VfL Wolfsburg's 2-1 win versus Borussia Dortmund. De Bruyne delivered a precision-perfect left-footed cross into the box, and Daniel Caligiuri merely needed to tap the ball into the back of the net.
It's worth noting that all the cool kids are scoring early goals against Dortmund these days.
