Federer, Pliskova favorites to win Wimbledon following French Open
Roger Federer and Karolina Pliskova are the odds-on favorites to win Wimbledon as the tennis season gets set to move on from the clay and onto the grass following the French Open.
Gentlemen's singles
Federer, the seven-time champion, has 2.5-1 odds, which is slightly ahead of defending champion and British favorite Andy Murray, who received 2.75-1 odds, and Novak Djokovic at 4.5-1. Federer won the season's first Grand Slam, the Australian Open, and didn't play the French Open while resting his body.

She's followed by two-time champion Petra Kvitova at 8-1, and a group of four with 10-1 odds that includes top-ranked Angelique Kerber. Defending champion Serena Williams won't play in the tournament due to pregnancy.
