The Rock will run for president in 'Young Rock' series
The Rock is ready to launch a presidential bid - in the sitcom world, at least.
A new trailer for Dwayne Johnson's upcoming television series "Young Rock" shows the WWE legend running for president in 2032.
Randall Park of "Fresh Off the Boat" and Rosario Dawson from "The Mandalorian" will assist during Johnson's fictional campaign.
Park will play himself as a journalist, while Dawson will portray General Monica Jackson, an "unrivaled force whose respected ethics and values are introduced as a very integral key to Dwayne Johnson's presidential campaign," according to Derek Lawrence of EW.
Johnson has teased the possibility of running for president in the real world, once describing the idea as "very alluring."
"Young Rock" premieres Feb. 16 on NBC.
