Wrestlers aren't the only ones at risk of getting injured in the ring.
WWE referee Tom Castor was officiating a match between Tyler Breeze and Velveteen Dream at an NXT live event in Omaha on Thursday when he broke his leg. Remarkably, Castor still made the three count.
According to the fan that shot the video above, Castor was injured after he took a superkick and fell awkwardly.
Fellow referee Drake Wuertz said Castor was in good spirits as he was being stretchered out of the arena, telling him, "Drake, I love the business."
This ref busted his ankle and still rolled over and made the final count for the pin he is the biggest bad ass of wrestling!!! #NXTOmaha pic.twitter.com/5LsFlBSlNn
