David Arquette is ready to step back into the ring.

The actor and former WCW champion announced Thursday on "The Wendy Williams Show" that he plans to return to pro wrestling as David "Magic Man" Arquette.

"For 18 years, I've been trolled on the internet, and people have attacked me," Arquette, 46, told Williams. "And I just want to bring some respect back to my name."

Arquette said he's been training with jiu jitsu champion Rigan Machado, retired boxer Ricky Quiles, and wrestling coach Paul Avalon in preparation for his return.

Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin recently reported that Arquette went through several hours of drills at RC's Wrestling School in Woodford, Va., and was filming the session for some sort of documentary.
