Conditions have been less than ideal this week at the French Open and the players are starting to vent their frustrations.
No. 2 Agnieszka Radwanska lost to Tsvetana Pironkova on Tuesday in the midst of intermittent rain and she was none too happy about it.
"I'm just so surprised and angry, that, you know, we have to play in the rain," Radwanska said, according to Ben Rothenberg of The New York Times. "I mean, it's not a 10,000 tournament. It's a grand slam.
Radwanska was most upset because she feels the tournament organizers don't care about what the players think.
"I don't know who allows us to play in that kind of conditions," she added. "I mean, I don't think they really care what we think. I think they care about other things, I guess. So, well, I'm just pissed."
Simona Halep was also the victim of an upset Tuesday courtesy of Sam Stosur, and the Romanian was also not a fan of the conditions or the decisions made by organizers.
"I have no words," Halep said, according to ESPN.com. "It was impossible to play, in my opinion. And to play tennis matches during the rain, I think it's a bit too much. No one cares about the players in my opinion. I don't care that I lost the match today, but I was close to get injured with my back, so that's -- that's a big problem. But like I said, no one cares. We have just to go and play."
The players aren't likely to get a reprieve soon. After losing an entire day of action Monday, play was suspended again Tuesday and rain remains in the forecast for the coming days.
