According to Vicky Davila of Colombia's La F.M., Uruguay is considering a boycott of its Round of 16 match against Colombia to protest the suspension and fine FIFA levied against Luis Suárez.

It's worth remembering that "considering the threat of a boycott" is not the same thing as actually forfeiting a match. However, even the consideration of such a drastic measure exhibits the discrepancy between how Uruguay views Suarez's biting incident, and the perspective of the rest of the world.
