Germany and the United States will lock horns tomorrow in a match that has been the center of speculation over possible collusion, as the two sides head into the contest knowing that a draw will be enough to get them both into the knockout stages at the expense of Ghana and Portugal.
German newspaper Bild is not buying it, judging by this front page:
