Inter winger Ivan Perisic has commented on suggestions that he could be in line to make a switch to Bayern Munich this summer after dazzling at the World Cup.

Perisic signed a new five-year deal with the Nerazzurri last September. However, the Croatia star has been linked with a move to the Premier League or a return to the Bundesliga, in which he previously played for Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg.

Talk of a potential move to German champions Bayern has intensified since Perisic's compatriot and former national team manager Niko Kovac took over in Bavaria, and Perisic suggested he would be open to a reunion with his old boss.

"He had (a) very big influence on me - I played great for Croatia under him and I congratulate him on everything he has done in Germany and signing for Bayern," Perisic told Croatian newspaper Sportske Novosti, as translated by ESPN. "Me? If they want me, they know where to find me."

Perisic also confirmed that he would ideally like to test himself in Europe's other top leagues - he's never played in England, Spain, or France's Ligue 1 - but admitted he may be running out of time.

"I would like to test myself in all of the biggest leagues, but the question is will I have the time? I am 29 and working to extend my career as long as I can," he said. "Yes, I'd like to play in England and Spain, but I don't know if there is enough time left.

"I heard some clubs want me but they have to talk to my club and only after that could I join the negotiations and decide. If I was to change club(s), it could only be to a top league and top club..."

Perisic has scored 31 goals in 118 Inter appearances, but has yet to win a single honor with the club. The World Cup finalist's previous major trophies have all been won in Germany.
