The Golden State Valkyries have selected Lithuanian guard Juste Jocyte with the fifth pick in the WNBA draft, their first selection in franchise history.
Jocyte averaged 12 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists for ASVEL in France. She was the teammate of Seattle Storm center Dominique Malonga, the second overall pick.
Jocyte made her EuroLeague debut at 14 years old, the youngest player to ever do so.
