The Dallas Wings and longtime WNBA head coach Brian Agler have mutually agreed to part ways after two seasons, the team announced Wednesday.

The former Coach of the Year and two-time WNBA champion amassed an 18-38 (.321) record from 2019-20, including 8-14 within the bubble in Bradenton, Florida this year.

“I am grateful to have had the opportunity to coach the Dallas Wings, I have great respect for the organization” Agler said in a statement through the team. "I wish everyone within the Wings organization the best of luck in the future."

The Wings have several promising talents in the fold for the foreseeable future, including 2020's leading scoring Arike Ogunbowale and 2020's second overall pick Satou Sabally.
