Connecticut Sun forward Chiney Ogwumike made an early exit from Sunday's 92-75 win over the Dallas Wings, prompting a humorous response from her pastor.
Ogwumike was ejected with 5:53 left to play in the fourth quarter after arguing with an official over a foul call. After her younger sister Erica tweeted about the ejection, Rev. Sean P. Horrigan sent them a reminder about confessions.
Not only did I get to see this chica play today, I got to see her get ejected! We lit! π pic.twitter.com/hyWuEU3Dcx

Ogwumike responded soon after:
I know patience is a virtue, Father! But today, I was truly tested! πππΏ
