Albania's slim chances of coming away with a result were dashed early Friday when Spain produced a pair of scintillating goals to open the scoring within the first half hour of the Group G qualifier.
First, it was Rodrigo who capped off a slick passing sequence - highlighted by Isco's perfectly weighted chip into the box - by thumping in a half-volley beyond Etrit Berisha.
Isco then got on the scoring sheet minutes later to double the advantage with a close-range strike that just about hit the roof of the net from roughly 8 yards out.

The rout continued when Thiago Alcantara banged in Spain's third to virtually ensure its place atop the group heading into the final matchday against Israel.
