Dahmen buys beers for fan after plunking him with tee shot at Oak Hill
Joel Dahmen's reputation as one of the nicest guys on the PGA TOUR is likely to grow even further after his gesture Wednesday at the PGA Championship.
Dahmen plunked a fan in the gallery with his tee shot on the first hole at Oak Hill during his practice round. He then asked how much beers cost at the event and promptly produced a $100 bill for the fan to use toward beverages for the day.
Shoutout to @Joel_Dahmen for hitting my calf with a tee shot today on hole #1! He proceeds to ask me how much a beer costs at the tourney and I tell him $17 a pop. He then pulls out a crispy $100 bill and says "I got your beers today." 💯 ⛳️ 🍻 pic.twitter.com/oLIenCUj5q

Unfortunately for Dahmen, his errant driving didn't disappear overnight. The star of the Netflix series "Full Swing" began his PGA Championship with a 2-over 37 on the front nine in Thursday's opening round.
