Luke List and Vaughn Taylor, who played in Nick Watney's group Thursday at the RBC Heritage before he tested positive for COVID-19, were among 11 people to test negative Friday, according to Golf Channel's Rex Hoggard.
Watney was the first player on the PGA Tour to test positive since its return last week. He arrived at Harbour Town Golf Links on Friday and indicated he had symptoms before testing positive and withdrawing from the event. He and his caddie are now self-isolating.
Under the PGA Tour's health and safety plan, a player who tests positive must withdraw immediately if they are competing and self-isolate for 10 days, provided there are no subsequent symptoms. The player then must receive two negative tests 24 hours apart before returning.
