Lee Westwood and Martin Kaymer are among the golfers who will compete in a series of virtual tournaments hosted by the European Tour, the circuit announced Monday.
Bernd Wiesberger, Joost Luiten, and Mike Lorenzo-Vera will join Westwood and Kaymer in a set of events dubbed the BMW Indoor Invitational powered by TrackMan.
Players will use simulators in their homes to play virtual versions of some of Europe's best courses, including the Old Course at St. Andrews and Royal Portrush.
The winner of each event will earn $10,000 for the pandemic-relief charity of his choice.
The tournaments will be broadcast live on the European Tour's social media channels starting with the opening event on May 9.
