Sungjae Im claims 2018-19 Rookie of the Year honors

PGA Tour players have voted Sungjae Im the 2018-19 Rookie of the Year, the Tour announced on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old turned in an incredible debut campaign, leading all players with 35 events played. He recorded seven top-10 results while topping the Tour in birdies made and rounds in the 60s. He was also the only rookie to qualify for the Tour Championship.
Im beat out Collin Morikawa, Matthew Wolff, and Adam Long to receive the Arnold Palmer Award. Im was the only nominee without a victory this season.
The young South Korean adds the award to his already impressive resume. He also led the Web.com Tour in earnings in 2017-18.
