Dustin Johnson fired a 7-under 65 in Round 3 of the Canadian Open on Saturday, putting himself in a great position to pick up his third win this season.
Johnson opened his round with three straight birdies, grabbing a share of the lead early in the day. He needed only 10 putts to card a 5-under front nine.
After dropping a shot on the 10th and surprisingly another on the par-5 13th, DJ kicked it into another gear. He went birdie-birdie-eagle to get to 7-under on the day, including this incredible fairway-bunker shot.
The world No. 1 failed to take advantage of the easy par-5 18th, making a disappointing five to settle at 17-under for the tournament.
Johnson will be in one of the final two pairings on Sunday.
