Mickelson blatantly hit a rolling ball after a missed putt, instantly inducing a two-stroke penalty to make 10 on the par-4 13th.

He walked off the hole laughing with playing partner Andrew Johnston.

Apparently, Mickelson's birthday round isn't going as well as planned.
