The Phoenix Open is an all-day party, with some fans even arriving at 4:30 a.m. to stake out a great viewing spot - usually at the famous 16th hole.
And with plenty of alcohol consumed while watching the event, the Scottsdale, Ariz. police department offered free breathalyzers to fans leaving the premises.
