Welcome back, Brendan Gallagher.
In his first game back after a 17-game absence, Gallagher backhanded the puck out of midair and past Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask to give the Canadiens a commanding 3-0 lead in the Winter Classic on Friday.
Gallagher and his teammates were definitely stoked about the goal.
Maybe it's a coincidence, but holy hell do the Canadiens look better with Brendan Gallagher out there.

The 23-year-old added a helper later in the game and now has ten goals and eleven assists in 23 games this season.
David Desharnais opened the scoring by batting in an airborne puck as well.
